Scoutmasters

While Troop 164 follows the boy-led, patrol-based format established by Lord Baden-Powell, the founder of Boy Scouting, adults are always on hand to provide guidance, starting with our Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmasters. These are the adults who guide our Scouts as they learn about leadership, service, excellence, and making the most of their lives as they grow into adulthood.
